Attorney Linda Bal double majored in accounting and finance and graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1974, passing the CPA exam shortly thereafter. She earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1978. In 1990 she earned her law degree at ITT/Chicago Kent School of Law.
