Thomas F. Howard Jr.
F. Howard Jr. is an attorney licensed in Illinois and Maryland. He majored in Accounting at the University of Maryland and earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. He has been practicing law since 1970.
Thomas worked as a Special Agent, Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation Division where he investigated tax fraud cases for the Internal Revenue Service in the Chicago region.
